I do not understand why Richmond County voters continue to vote incompetent people into office. He needs to be impeached or fired. This is the problem with the whole nation. People do some research before you vote.
I tend to follow the money. A great deal of his campaign funding came from Soros connected PACs who supported DAs across the country to do exactly what our local DA is doing. That’s why crime has exploded across the country.
Look, don’t be too hard on him. After all, he is just following the actions and philosphies of his idols/mentors in other Democratic cities: DC, NYC, Chicago, LA, SF, Dallas et all. Even though he is a frog in a relative small pond, that doesn’t mean he can’t emulate the big folks.

Lack of evidence also falls on the lack of experience in the Richmond County Sheriff’s office. Most of the qualified investigators, left when Tree took office because they knew how he operated! Two incompetent law enforcers at the top are the root cause of this crime spree.
Jared Williams has been a complete, total, dismal failure. Sadly, he was elected by majority, strictly because of the color of his skin, not by his qualifications to uphold the law. Natalie was kicking butt, and taking names. The majority (black), felt they could get a more “lenient” keeper of the law — AND THEY WERE RIGHT, for the most part. You got what you voted in.
And some wonder why Columbia County wanted him out ….. get the picture now ??
He is the poster child for incompetence. Crime is up, worse than up, and here he is letting them out faster than they are arrested. I advocate for a halfway house to be opened next door to his home, and additional ones next door to any local official who supports his actions
