The Georgia Bar Association — What a pitiful joke. Must have strong ties to the Augusta Judicial Circuit…
Awaiting Moderation.
Prosecutorial miscolnduct is the most egregious Injustice!
When it is FACTUAL….
It’s more credible that the RCSO and local Democrat party made the recordings as part of a conspiracy to help install a liberal, Democrat DA who practices Soros style judicial reform – no bail, probation in place of prison, and biased prosecutorial discretion. What conscious, logical person would knowingly break the law and turn over incriminating evidence to parties who will certainly use it against him or her? The GBI should be investigating the RCSO and co-conspirators (and Hardie Davis)..
Who encouraged the Bar to push this?
See the Bar’s Board of Governors at https://www.gabar.org/committeesprogramssections/boardofgovernors/index.cfm It would be interesting to know how they are registered to vote, particularly the four from the Augusta circuits.
More here about the Bar’s disciplinary process. https://www.gabar.org/forthepublic/disciplinaryprocess.cfm Ms. Paiine’s record is currently clean and hopefully will remain so. https://www.gabar.org/MemberSearchDetail.cfm?ID=MzEyNTI0
The Georgia Bar Association’s board is divided into around 154 districts, apparently apportioned according to population. More than 40 members are from Atlanta districts, with the majority of the board representing the Democrat controlled metro areas of Atlanta, Augusta, Columbus, and Savannah. Natalie Paine was outnumbered. Thank Goodness for the Georgia State Supreme Court!
Anonymous? Yep, those are always credible
Wow! That’s the largest board I have ever seen in all my years (SHEESH)!!! At that size, it’s hard to hold them accountable for anything (and exactly who ARE they accountable to?) It’s clear they had an agenda. Can I make an ‘anonymous’ complaint?
All of this is a plot to get her convictions called into question so that the current DA can get sone of his firms clients out of jail . I’m sure if this were to happen his office would decline to retry those individuals . We need to know who is filing this baseless charges
One could anonymously complain about recent failures to indict and prosecute criminals in Richmond County and summary dismissals of over 2,000 felony cases in the old Richmond, Burke, and Columbia Counties circuit.
It is sad that now, we are taking the word of anonymous callers to try to destroy people. These anonymous people should be required to come forward and produce evidence to back up their claims. I agree, some people are trying to get her cases thrown out so that the current DA can use this for his own agenda.
I thought you had a right to face your accuser! Step forward or drop the complaint.
I agree with Lathy Reese. No doubt the villains in our midst cannot stand the idea that Natalie Payne might get a million dollar war chest and come after the District Attorney position in Richmond County to save our great citizen”s lives and property.
