  1. Past time for a permanent rink in Augusta. There are still a bunch of us that drive to Irmo to play hockey (their rink is knocking it back btw) right now they have 14 hockey teams that’s 140 people paying 100 dollars a month to play…plus figure skating and public skating. Their pickup signups start at 9am and are full by 9:30 am…Charleston also is knocking it back with a double sheet of ice for hockey..Greenville has two rinks..can Augusta do anything for people for entertainment? I also might add that Columbia has college, high school and outstanding youth hockey from peewees up to teens..That’s college scholarships people…
