Angela “Robin” Favro, 65, wife of the late Michael Stephen Favro, entered into rest at her home on Monday, March 14th, 2022. Robin was born in Crawfordville, GA, and later moved to Augusta, GA, with her parents and siblings. After marrying and having a family, they then moved to Jackson, SC, where she would reside until now. Robin was a very likable and loving person. She loved to spend the weekends at Clarks Hill Lake with her late husband and family. They enjoyed trips for the day or for a weekend, playing on the water in their boat, watching her children enjoy their day of water tubing, trying to water ski, or kneeboarding. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family. She attended South Augusta Church of Christ for many years. She loved the Lord and was thankful for her blessings. She worked at East Central Regional Hospital – Gracewood for a few years as a Healthcare worker. She then transferred to MCG Children’s Hospital where she has spent most of her career as the CHOG Unit Clerk. She loved helping others and loved her co-workers, nurses, doctors, and patients. She took pride in helping them and keeping things organized to run smoothly. Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Frances McDaniel; brother, Michael McDaniel; and husband, Michael Favro. Survivors include her sister, Marilyn McDaniel; her daughter, Beth Harp (Tommy); son, Martin A. Favro III; grandchildren, Jordan Harp (Dalton), Hayden Harp, Hailey Favro, and Peyton Harp; great-grandchildren, Rhylee Overton, Brentlee Harp, Teagan Deckert, and Buxton Deckert; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 3:00 – 5:00pm on Friday, April 1st, 2022, at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Rd, Martinez, GA 30907.
