Mr. David Austin Hardy, 46, entered into rest Sunday, March 27, 2022. Austin was a graduate of Lakeside High School and of Georgia Southern University where he was also a member of the KA fraternity. He enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid hunter, and loved spending time with his son. Family members include his son: Davis Austin Hardy; parents: Ann and Wayne Hardy; brother: Taylor Hardy (Tina); sister: Samantha DeLappe (Steven); nieces and nephews: Abby Westbrook-Hardy, and Hardy, Hudson, and Anna Grace DeLappe; and many extended family members. The memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the Storey Chapel at First Baptist Church of Augusta with Rev. Will Dyer officiating. The family will receive friends in the lobby of the fellowship hall from 10:00 until 10:45 A.M.
