Catherine Kennedy Stankosky, 83, entered into rest Saturday, February 12, 2022. Catherine was catholic by faith. She enjoyed life to the fullest and was loved by many. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend. Family members include her daughters: Debra Cook (Tommy) and Linda Hurst (Craig); grandchildren: Jason Hurst (Caren), Kyle Wilcox (Al), Melissa Cook (Matt), Travis Hambrick (Brandi), and Kristin Cook (Nick); numerous great grandchildren; and longtime family friend: Marie Byrd. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Butler Kennedy and Margie Kennedy, and two sisters, Helen K. Black and Suzanna Kennedy. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son.
