She is predeceased by her husband Michael “Mike” Barrett and her brother Jerry Myrick. Donna was a retired physical therapist at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She spent many years helping patients and family members alike through home Health Care and Hospice. She left a profound impact on all she met through the care she provided and the lives she touched.
