Susan Bostick Flynt passed away on Friday February 11, 2022 at Doctors Hospital after a brief illness. Susan was a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She was a legal secretary in San Francisco, California and Atlanta, Georgia before settling in Augusta and continuing to assist the legal profession as a legal secretary and paralegal. Susan relished life, particularly travel to Europe, New York, and New Orleans.

Susan is survived by husband John J. Flynt III and her stepdaughters, Anna Flynt Breaux and Laura Flynt Vetter, and her sister-in-law Karen Bostick and nephew, Christopher Bostick. She was predeceased by her parents, Catherine Bell Bostick and William Morris Bostick, and her brother, William L. Bostick, as well as her niece, Alicia Clark. Susan was a dear friend and loyal companion to family, friends, and all the family dogs who predeceased her. There will be no services at this time. The family will gather at a later date to privately honor her memory.

The family would appreciate memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
