One man is dead after a Tuesday morning Augusta shooting.

Eurl Kittles, 42, of the 2300 block of Ridge Road, Augusta has been identified as the victim, according to Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen.

  1. Wrightsboro Road, from the point downtown and all the way up to the mall is pretty much ghetto and dangerous. I feel I can comment on this because I grew up in that area, around Jackson Rd and Wrightsboro, when it was safe for a 6 year-old to walk alone to and from school. Now?? No way. I hate it for the good people who live there.

  2. It is sad, but this will continue to get bigger and bigger until people are held accountable for their actions. It doesn’t matter where you go, you are not safe. Time to vote some people out of office.
