COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Spencer Rattler had the best day of his unpredictable career, throwing for 438 yards and six touchdowns as South Carolina beat No. 5 Tennessee 63-38 on Saturday night, all but eliminating the Volunteers from the playoffs.

  1. From a diehard Georgia Bulldog fan, I say congratulations to the Carolina Gamecocks! It’s great that y’all beat Tennessee at your home, but would’ve been sweeter if it had been in Knoxville! This is karma for Tennessee’s coach’s decision to add insult-to-injury on padding extra and unnecessary points on Tennessee’s opponent last week.
    Now I hope y’all keep it together and beat Clemson next Saturday!
