IIRC, GA relies on professional license holders like registered nurses to voluntarily self-report arrests and medical conditions that may affect their skills and judgement when they renew their license. Most professional licensing boards provide a path to resume licensed activities with appropriate monitoring after rehabilitation. Ms. Rodriguez sounds like a candidate.
If a drunk woman at the neighborhood pool kicked my seven year old in the back, we would BOTH be going to jail. Of course, her trip would be via the hospital first.
Geez I’d hate to have her as my nurse….
She sounds like she is entitled to behave on her impulses. If she was drunk, she should have been removed from the pool area.
