The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce has recently announced the Young Women on the Way (YWOW) and the Young Men on the Move (YMOM) classes of 2024.
This is a 10-month program, allowing young professional men and women to be mentored by top business executives. During monthly luncheons, executives will mentor the young professionals on key topics aimed at enhancing personal and professional development.
The Class of 2024 YWOW mentors are JoAnn Herbert, Herbert Homes Inc.; Caroline Ashe, Ivey Homess; Jamie Wier, Blanchard & Calhoun; Jereme Freck, Meybohm; and Stephanie Sharpe, SRP Federal Credit Union.
The Class of 2024 YWOW young professionals include Blakeley Bartee, Golden Harvest Food Bank, Landon Davis, John Deere, Bailey Davidson, Home Run Search, Katelynn Folger, SRP Federal Credit Union, Milantra Lugo, Gloss Salon, Alexis Oberzan, SRP Federal Credit Union, Megan Smith, Elliott Davis, LLC, Gabby Willis, Augusta Staffing and Mary Wilson, SME CPAs.
Young Women on the Way is presented by Spherion Staffing.

The Class of 2024 YMOM mentors are Scott Farlow, John Deere; Robbie King, Lead Augusta; Eric Smith, Chick-fil-A of Grovetown; and Dalton Self, Jani King of Augusta.
