A man was taken to University Hospital McDuffie Friday evening after suffering a leg wound when another individual on set accidentally discharged a loaded firearm.
The accident occurred at the Old Warrenton Studios on Ranger Road in Warren County.
Old Warrenton Studios is a new film set which opened recently to cater to western style films.
Witnesses say the victim appeared to be struck in the femoral artery and was bleeding badly, but have been told the unidentified man is in stable condition.
