An active-duty soldier has been arrested after exposing himself in a daycare parking lot.
Luis Rodriguez was discovered in the Oakbrook Country daycare parking lot at 3804 Evans to Locks Rd. on Thursday, Dec. 1. Rodriguez was passed out when a daycare worker discovered him after she received a call about an unfamiliar car parked in the daycare lot, according to the police report.

When the daycare worker approached Rodriguez’s car, she noticed his windows were down, and he appeared unconscious. As she got closer, she saw his pants were unzipped.
According to the report, Rodriguez sped away toward Evans to Locks Road after he woke up.
Rodriguez was later discovered by Columbia County law enforcement in the parking lot of Steven’s Creek Elementary School. Officers said he was behind the wheel wearing an army-issued uniform, seatbelt unbuckled and an empty bottle of vodka on his passenger floorboard.
