Advanced voting tentatively scheduled to start Saturday for runoff election

Advanced voting for the June 18 runoff for the Georgia House District 131 race is tentatively scheduled to start on June 8.

The runoff is between Paul Abbott and Rob Clifton for the House District 131 seat. According to the Columbia County Board of Election Office, advanced voting will take place Saturday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday, June 10 – Friday, June 14 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All advanced voting will take place at building G3 at 610 Ronald Reagan Drive in Evans.

Election Day voting on June 18 will take place only at regular voting precincts in the Georgia House District 131 area from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
