Melissa Keenan has been located, according to Captain Eric Abdullah of the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.
In a news release March 29, Abdullah said Keenan was found this morning in the wooded area near Old Barnwell Road and Dear Run Road by Aiken County Sheriff’s Office deputies and is currently being checked out by medical personnel.

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing Aiken woman.
Melissa McNally Keenan, 54, was reported by a family as having been last seen 2:30 p.m. March 25, walking into the woods near 320 John Scott Rd. where she has been living since January.
Keenan is approximately 5-feet-7-inches tall weighing 115 lbs. with brown hair, brown eyes and wearing black sweat pants, dark gray hoodie and black shoes. She does have mental health conditions and has suicidal ideology, according to a news release from the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.
