Richmond County authorities are investigating a shooting death from overnight near Fox Den Apartments.
A man was shot early Thursday on Sycamore Drive and Alpine Road. He was shot at least once and pronounced dead at 2:03 a.m. Thursday, Coroner Mark Bowen said.
He was identified as 22-year-old Thaddeus Rodregus Price of the 2300 block of Woodsman Drive, the coroner said.
An autopsy has been scheduled. No arrests or suspects have been announced by the sheriff’s office.

A person was killed early Thursday morning in Augusta.
According to Coroner Mark Bowen, the victim was shot at least one time and found near Sycamore Drive and Alpine Road.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene at 2:03 a.m.
No identification has been released.
An autopsy will be scheduled.
