Augusta man known as “Boo Man” wanted in reference to home invasion

John Trevor Jackson is wanted in relation to a home invasion, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

The home invasion occurred at High Point Crossing Apartments at 524 Richmond Hill Rd. West on Nov 15.

According to the incident report, the victim told deputies she was grabbed by the throat, forced into a bathroom and threatened she would be killed if she came out.

Authorities have warned Jackson is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Jackson, also known as “Boo Man,” according to the sheriff’s office is 5’02” and is 150 lbs. He is known to frequent the Augusta and Beech Island parts of town.

Jackson has multiple warrants out according the incident report.
