“I am deeply honored to accept the role of Dean of the School of Business, Cyber and Design,” Blair said. “This opportunity represents not only a professional milestone but also a continuation of my lifelong commitment to educational excellence, strategic innovation, and transformative leadership.”
He added that his background in organizational leadership and higher education strategy positions him to “champion interdisciplinary collaboration, experiential learning, and innovation that prepares our students to be agile thinkers and ethical leaders in today’s global, digital economy.”
Blair is a Warren County native and an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men of America, Inc. He also holds memberships in the Golden Key International Honour Society, Kappa Delta Pi, and the International Education Honor Society.

He has also received proclamations from the Georgia House of Representatives District 143 and the mayors of Warren and Bibb counties for his service and leadership across the state.
“Dr. Ken Blair’s visionary leadership, commitment to student success, and proven track record in academic innovation makes him the ideal choice to lead the School of Business, Cyber and Design,” said Interim College President and Provost Dr. Melissa Frank-Alston. “I am confident that he will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission and shaping the future of our academic school and our college.”
