Augusta teen dies in shooting at Number One Mobile Home Park

 An Augusta teen was fatally shot at Number One Mobile Home Park on Saturday night.

Ronald Lee Haugabook Jr., 17, was shot at least one time in the area where he lived at 3073 Deans Bridge Road, and he was pronounced dead at 10:34 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies first responded at 9:37 p.m. and found the teen had been shot and was deceased on the scene.

“There is no suspect information at this time,” sheriff’s Sgt. William McCarty said in a press release. “The investigation is in its early stages and there is no further information available.”
