The Augusta West Plaza located at 1323 Augusta West Pkwy. was recently placed on the market for over $13 million by the Palomar Real Estate Group, a local Augusta real estate firm. The property is 24.47 acres with over 200,000 sq. ft. of rental space. The property last sold in 2010 for $9,175,000.

The property is known locally its 35,000 sq. ft. movie theater and Burlington Coat Factory which relocated to the Augusta Exchange on Robert C Daniel Jr. Pkwy. in 2017. At Home, a home décor department store, quickly replaced Burlington Coat Factory as the anchor tenant in 2018, occupying the 85,000 sq. ft. retail space.
Other nearby tenants include Dollar Tree, Citi Trends, State Farm, Octapharma (a bio plasma processing center), GQ Menswear, Hibachi Grill & Buffet, and several smaller shop spaces.
