Battle for the Paddle returns to SRP Park for rivalry showdown

The annual Battle for the Paddle rivalry game between the University of South Carolina Aiken Pacers and Augusta University Jaguars is set to return to SRP Park on Wednesday, March 26.

This Peach Belt Conference baseball showdown promises another exciting matchup between two fierce local rivals at SRP Park, located at 187 Railroad Avenue, North Augusta.

First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m., with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 10 a.m. and can be purchased online at greenjacketsbaseball.com or in person at the SRP Park Box Office. No phone orders will be accepted.

“Battle for the Paddle is another great event we look forward to hosting at SRP Park,” said GreenJackets General Manager Brandon Greene. “These are two great programs, and we look forward to having the community out to cheer on the Jaguars and Pacers!”

The Pacers will occupy the home third-base dugout, while the Jaguars will take the first-base dugout.

Ticket Pricing:

  • WOW Club! – $17 + fees
  • Suites – $12 + fees per ticket
  • Lower Bowl Seating (General Admission) – $12 + fees
  • College Students (with ID) & Kids (4-12 years old) – $6 + fees
  • Kids 3 and under – Free (ticket provided at the gate)

Parking will be available for $6 at the Stadium Deck, located directly across from SRP Park.

GreenJackets season seat members, sponsors, and alumni or booster club members from both schools will have early VIP ticket access starting Tuesday, February 25. Correspondence for alumni and booster members will come directly from their respective schools.
