Richmond County authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred around 11:01 a.m. today. The shooting occurred at the RaceWay located at 3021 Washington Rd. near the intersection with Interstate 20.
Two males were arguing in the RaceWay parking lot which led to the shooting. Both fled the scene after one shot at the other.
One bystander was struck in the shoulder while in the parking of the BP gas station across the street.
