  • The Augusta Card Fest will be held at Pine View Baptist Church, 119 Pleasant Home Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be 90 vendor tables with sports cards, pokemon, TCG, comics, Funko and more. Admission is free. 
  • Columbia County Emergency Management Agency is hosting its annual Public Safety and Preparedness Fair at Evans Towne Center Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and will showcase local EMA, Fire Rescue, the Sheriff’s Office, and other county departments that play a role in emergency preparedness and response.

  • America’s Boating Club Clarks Hill/Thurmond Lake in partnership with the C.A.S.T for Kids Foundation will hold a C.A.S.T. for Kids event at the Dorn Fishing Facility in McCormick, S.C. This will be a free boating and fishing event for children with special needs.  The event is open to all children, ages 6-18, no matter what their disability.  Participants must pre-register online at https://castforkids.org/event/lakethurmond/ and the space is limited to the first 40 children who register.
