  • The Augusta Commission will hold a budget work session from 9-11 a.m. at the Lee Beard Commission Chamber at Augusta Municipal Building.
  • The Richmond County Board of Assessors will hold a called session at 2 p.m. in the Augusta Richmond County Municipal Building, Room 120.

  • The Augusta Recreation and Parks Department and Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC are hosting a community involvement meetings focused on local park and infrastructure improvements at the May Park Center, 622 4th St. in Augusta, at 6 p.m.

  • CSRA Light the Night will be held from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Evans Towne Center Park. This is a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and to honor those fighting cancer, those who have lost their cancer battle and supporters of those fighting cancer.   • Christ Community Health Services Augusta is hosting Rhythm and Ribs, a community event that will feature live music, family activities and food from Kona Ice and Smokeshow BBQ for $10 a plate.
