  • Richmond County Board of Elections has a called meeting at 10 a.m. to discuss consolidating voting precincts at the Linda Beazley Room at Augusta Municipal Building, 535 Telfair St.
  • The Harlem City Council will hold a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Safety Building to administer the oath of office to the mayor and two councilmembers . To view the agenda, visit harlemga.org.

  • The Aiken Symphony presents a vibrant Masterworks concert featuring its own Principal Flutist Laurie Baynard and Principal Harpist John Wickey as soloists. The program includes Jessie Montgomery’s “Strum,” Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp, and Mendelssohn’s “Italian” Symphony, held at the Etherredge Center at 7:30 p.m. Single tickets are either $45 or $60, depending on seat selection. Active military members can receive $10 off per ticket, and students under the age of 25 are eligible for a student rate of $10.
