  • Augusta Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held at Evans Towne Center Park, 7016 Evans Towne Center Blvd., Evans. Attendees will begin arriving at 9 a.m., the opening ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. and the walk will begin at 10:30 a.m. 
  • The Hurricane Helene Heroes Appreciation event will be held from noon to 7 p.m. at the Augusta Commons, 836 Reynolds St. This event will recognize the individuals who played a crucial role in the community’s recovery from the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene.
