Club Car®, a global leader in golf, personal transportation, and utility vehicles, has donated five golf carts to the Georgia-Carolina Council, Scouting America, to aid camp operations and community programs.
Four of the vehicles will be used at the Robert E. Knox Scout Reservation, where they will help streamline transportation for Scouts and staff, according to a press release from the Georgia-Carolina Council.
One cart will be designated as a medical response vehicle for the Doctors Hospital Health Lodge, enhancing emergency support on site.
The fifth cart will serve the Nature & Adventure Center, supporting STEAM School field trips with Richmond and Columbia County Schools. It will also be available for various Scout programs, offering accessibility for mobility-challenged students.

“We are incredibly grateful to Club Car for their generous donation,” said Scout Executive of the Georgia-Carolina Council Daniel Rogers. “These golf carts will enhance our ability to deliver impactful Scouting programs and ensure that all participants, including those with mobility challenges, can fully engage in our activities.”
Global Director of Validation and Prototype at Club Car Brandon Jaremski emphasized how providing the golf carts will allow scouts and visitors to explore, learn, and grow in the outdoors.
“We are proud to support the community and help make camp programs more accessible and engaging for everyone,” said Jaremski.
The Georgia-Carolina Council serves thousands of youth across Georgia and South Carolina through outdoor adventures and service opportunities. Club Car, headquartered in Augusta, has been an industry leader in small-wheel vehicles for more than 60 years.
