Club Car supplies vehicles for Ryder Cup

Date: September 26, 2025

Club Car® will play a major role as the worldwide supplier of The Ryder Cup with nearly 500 vehicles for the 45th edition of the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in New York.

Club Car golf and utility vehicles will be used across the massive event footprint by captains and vice-captains, match officials, staging crews, broadcasters, greenkeeping teams, and transportation staff to keep the tournament moving.

The iconic red and blue custom team cars were built by Club Car and ensure U.S. Captain Keegan Bradley, European Captain Luke Donald, and their respective vice-captains move across the sprawling Black Course.

“We take great pride in our role as a trusted partner to the Ryder Cup and PGA of America,” said Fred Palmer, vice president of Golf Business Development at Club Car. “It is incredibly rewarding to see our vehicles in action across Bethpage and in the heart of the city to help deliver one of the most iconic events in sports.”

In addition to its operational role, Club Car will deliver a series of fan-focused activations around the 2025 Ryder Cup.

Club Car will be front and center at the “Ryder Cup Live” with a 50-foot putting challenge. Fans who sink the putt will be able to enter for a chance to win to win an authentic Team USA Ryder Cup car used in the matches, while a replica car on display offers the perfect photo opportunity.

At Bethpage Black, Club Car will showcase three Club Car Onward LSVs in the People’s Plaza, the official fan zone of the Ryder Cup. Fans can commemorate their Ryder Cup experience in the comfortable seats of an Onward LSV and share their pictures on social media to receive a Club Car and Ryder Cup branded sticker while supplies last.

Club Car is also part of a new initiative supporting PGA REACH with a first-of-its-kind memorabilia auction, featuring items such as tee markers, pin flags, and even the golf cars used inside the ropes. Proceeds will benefit PGA REACH’s charitable initiatives, giving fans a chance to own a piece of Ryder Cup history while supporting the growth of the game.

“The Ryder Cup brings the world together, and we’re proud to help fans feel that excitement firsthand,” said Palmer. “From snapping selfies in a replica team car to taking a 50-foot putt in New York or exploring our street-legal cars at Bethpage, it’s about making the Ryder Cup experience unforgettable.”
