The 105,391 square foot facility leased by Club Car, located at 780 Innovation Parkway in Appling, went on the market for just over $16 million last week.
The facility is one of several sites Club Car occupies in Columbia County and one of two that are located at the White Oak Business Park in Appling.
White Oak Business Park is an industrial park developed and managed by the Columbia County Development Authority.

Marketing materials surfaced online last week showing that Club Car is paying $816,780 in rent for the location and has committed to lease the newly built building for seven years, with two options to extend for additional five-year periods.
Club Car also occupies out of a half a million square foot, second building in Appling, which opened in 2020. Both buildings are next to Amazon’s distribution center.
The building is currently owned by Frank Mullins who was the developer of Mullins Crossing Shopping Center in Evans.
