During the weeks of Dec. 7–15, a total of 60 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included seven cases of simple battery, as well as three cases of criminal trespassing, one case of identity fraud, and 20 cases of larceny were reported.
