During the weeks of July 20–27, a total of 54 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included five cases of simple battery, as well as two cases of aggravated stalking, four cases of identity fraud, four cases of criminal trespassing and 10 cases of larceny were reported.
