During the weeks of Nov. 2–9, a total of 74 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included four cases of simple battery and one case of aggravated battery, as well as five cases of criminal trespassing, four cases of identity fraud, and 19 cases of larceny were reported.
