During the weeks of Nov. 23–30, a total of 41 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included eight cases of simple battery, as well as three cases of criminal trespassing, two cases of identity fraud, and eight cases of larceny were reported.
