During the weeks of Oct. 19–26, a total of 68 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included nine cases of simple battery, one case of aggravated assault, as well as four cases of criminal trespassing, and 21 cases of larceny were reported.
