Construction to disrupt water service in Richmond County

There will be disruptions in water service in Richmond County due to construction done by Augusta Engineering and Environmental Services. 

The westbound side of Greene Street from Forsythe Street to Third Street and Second Street from Greene Street to Telfair Street will be affected from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 28. 

The same area will be affected from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Apr. 2.

The 3700 block of Mike Padgett Highway and the 3700 block of Cedar Oak Lane will be affected from noon to 6 p.m. Mar. 28.

Drivers should expect delays when driving through these areas and add time to their commute or take an alternate route.
