During the week of March 2-8, there were a total of 215 crimes reported to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office that occurred in the county.
The most serious crimes were one kidnapping and two armed robberies. There was a total of 75 assaults reported, including 28 cases of family violence.
Property crimes included 10 burglaries, 28 vehicle break-ins and more than 30 thefts.
