During the week of July 16 – July 23, a total of 198 crimes tracked by The Augusta Press were reported to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included 4 cases of battery and 3 cases of aggravated assault.
Eight cases of forgery, 7 acts of entering can auto were reported as well as 11 cases of larceny.
