During the week of Dec. 24 – 31, a total of 51 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included six cases of battery and no aggravated assaults.
Three cases of forgery, five cases of criminal trespass and 10 cases of larceny were reported.
