There were 229 crimes reported to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office for the week of March 30 to April 5 that could affect the city’s residents.
The reports about violent crimes included one armed robbery, 11 aggravated assault and 31 reports of family violence battery. There were an additional 43 reports of simple assault or battery.
Property crimes reported included 23 burglaries, 13 vehicle break-ins and 37 cases of property damage.
