During the week of Oct. 15– 22, a total of 72 crimes were tracked by The Augusta Press from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Violent crimes included 10 case of battery and no aggravated assaults.
Four cases of forgery, seven cases of criminal trespass and 18 cases of larceny were reported.
