Richmond County Sheriff's Office
A total of 230 crimes tracked by The Augusta Press were reported to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office during the week of Mar. 1-7.
Violent crime included one armed robbery and a total of 82 assaults. Six of those assaults were classified as aggravated assaults.
Property crimes included 12 burglaries, 40 cases of property damages, 7 vehicle thefts and 77 thefts.
