A total of 226 crimes tracked by The Augusta Press were reported to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office during the week of July 13-19.

Violent crimes included two armed robberies, one carjacking and one home invasion. There were also 60 assaults reported, 10 of which were aggravated assault and 25 of which were family violence battery cases.

Property crimes included 20 burglaries, 46 cases of property damages, 18 vehicle break-ins and 59 thefts.
