The CSRA College Night will return this fall. It will be held on Sept. 12 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at a new location at the Augusta Convention Center.
Area high school students will have the opportunity to meet recruiters from over 100 colleges and universities. They also can win scholarships totaling to $15,000.
“The new event location will be filled with seminars, career exploration, counseling centers, and helpful exhibits manned by representatives from colleges, universities, and technical schools from throughout the U.S. In addition, members from local professional societies will be prepared to provide beneficial information in areas such as engineering, management, chemical and nuclear science,” said a press release from the Savannah River Site.
