D’Antignac appointed to Augusta Technical College’s Board of Directors

Collette D’Antignac, who serves as the associate vice president and branch manager at Security Federal Bank, has been appointed to serve on Augusta Technical College’s Board of Directors. 

She was sworn in by Judge Charles H.S. Lyons III during a Jan. 8 Board of Directors meeting. 

D’Antignac was the sole new appointment to the board. 

“I am ecstatic to join the Augusta Technical College Board of Directors,” D’Antignac shared in a press release. “I look forward to serving on the Board and encouraging advanced transformative programs, inspire inclusivity, and support partnerships that enhance this stellar institution for the students, faculty, and staff. It is a blessing and an honor to be chosen to add to the dynamic legacy of Augusta Technical College. Go Cougars!”

Professional background 

D’Antignac’s professional expertise spans branch operations management, banking practices and regulations, audit, risk and compliance, relationship building, sales, revenue growth, and customer loyalty. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix. 

D’Antignac also serves on the Augusta Chamber of Commerce Board, the Augusta Economic Development Board, and Security Federal Bank’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. 

She is a graduate of the Augusta Leadership Class of 2022.

D’Antignac is deeply involved in her church, Macedonia Baptist Church, where she serves as Co-Director of the Family Life and Enrichment Ministry-Marriage Ministry and as Director of Trinity In Motion.

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held at Accelerate Augusta on April 2 at noon.
