The Space is going up for auction next month, according to its listing on the commercial realty website Crexi.
The listing was posted on the site on Feb. 11, announcing that the property at 901 and 916 Greene St. downtown would be going up for auction next month. The one-story, 15,300-square foot multi-tenant office building is being sold by 901 Greene Street, LLC, formerly SharedSpace of Atlanta.

SharedSpace purchased the property in 2018 for $800,000, spending another $3.2 million on renovating the building, according to the website for Commercial Property Consultants, the brokerage firm releasing the property on the market. Commercial Property Consultants website says one of its specialties is “rebranding and repositioning underperforming assets in the office, industrial and retail sector of commercial real estate throughout Atlanta and the southeast.”
Now Greene Street, LLC is putting the entire property, including its 1/3-acre parking lot across the street, up for sale, with a starting bid at $850,000. The auction for the property begins on March 28 at noon.
