Driver killed in late night accident

The driver of a Dodge Ram truck was killed Saturday.

Cortez Holden, 30, was driving near Jimmy Dyess Parkway and Belair Road when he lost control of his vehicle, and it overturned several times. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle, according to an email from Coroner Mark Bowen.

Holden was pronounced dead at the scene at 11 p.m.

No autopsy will be performed.
