Voters will make a final determination on who will be the next mayor of Augusta, with former Tax Commissioner Steven Kendrick and businessman Garnett Johnson facing each other on the ballot.

Incumbent District 10 Commissioner John Clarke will have a rematch with former Augusta Commissioner Wayne Guilfoyle. In District 2, voters will select either retired educator Von Pouncey or businesswoman Stacy Pulliam.

The May 24 primary elections in Columbia County saw only clear winners, so the runoffs will be limited only to Richmond County voters.
