One of Columbia County’s most beloved Fourth of July traditions is back and bigger than ever.

BOOM! in the Park, presented by Bank of America, will return to Evans Towne Center Park on Thursday, July 4, marking the event’s 25th anniversary with an evening packed with live music, local food and a dazzling fireworks display.

Hosted by Columbia County Parks, Recreation and Events, the celebration kicks off at 5 p.m. when gates open to the public.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy a variety of food vendors offering local favorites. The event is free to attend and open to all ages.

Entertainment for the evening includes performances by rising country star and The Voice Season 22 winner Bryce Leatherwood, followed by headliners Maddie & Tae, the platinum-selling country duo known for chart-topping hits like “Girl in a Country Song” and “Die From A Broken Heart,” according to a Columbia County press release.

The event will conclude with a fireworks display to celebrate the nation’s independence.
