It was around 4 p.m. when Ratliff attempted to turn left from Wrightsboro Road onto Jackson Road through a yellow flashing left-turn arrow, according to the report. The victim’s husband, 69-year-old Junie Kernodle, was driving a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country on Wrightsboro Road and had the green light. He struck the right side of Ratliff’s 2016 Dodge Charger in the intersection. He survived.
